Paedo teacher, Brittany Zamora, has blamed her 13-year-old victim for her conviction
The 28-year-old married woman was convicted of three felony charges: sexual conduct with a minor, molestation of a child and public sexual indecency.
The married 28-year-old teacher began a 20-year-sentence last week after pleading guilty to sexual conduct with a minor, molestation of a child and public indecency in Goodyear, Arizona.
But astonishingly Guerra continued to defend her client heaping blame on the boy instead.
She said: “I have represented Brittany Zamora for almost 16 months and I can tell you that she is not a monster.
“Brittany is not a predator and this was not between a young child and Brittany.
“This was a teenager…She is not a danger to society.”
She added that the principle at Las Brisas academy, Timothy Dickey, had refused a request from Zamora to remove the boy from her class.

FEARED JAIL
Police bodycam footage of Zamora’s arrest showed her panicking about being attacked in jail.
She said: “I’m little. They’re gonna tear me apart.”
Zamora’s husband, who she has known since she was 16 and married in 2015, remained supportive during her arrest.
He told cops: “Brittany is an adult. She’s the best, the best person I’ve ever known.”
A previously-released police report revealed Zamora and her husband called the victim’s family – pleading with them not to take legal action.
The boy’s dad refused and swiftly hung up the phone.
It’s unclear if they are still together.
Per the conditions of her sentencing, she cannot be released on good behavior. This means that when Zarmora is done serving her sentence, she will be 48 or 49 years old.
